Detailed description of goods and/or services

3S Auto Spares is a business in the motor industry that supplies new and second-hand car parts.

Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2-7 days and delivery confirmed by way email. The email will include the waybill number and courier company being used

Export

The courier pricing is only for South African clients. If the client is from overseas, they need to enquire telephonically with the company as to the price of courier. Alternatively, customers can organise their own courier.

Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by 3S Auto Spares is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, 3S Auto Spares will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 20 % administration fee.

Warranty

Engine and gearboxes
Deliveries within South Africa and neighboring countries come with a 30 days warranty from the date of purchase. The item must be fitted by a RMI approved work shop.
This warranty is only applicable for South Africa and neighboring countries.

Body Parts, Interior Parts. Lights. Suspension, Tyres and Rims
No warranty on these parts. We endeavor to make sure that all panels are in good condition and not previously worked upon. Where there is damage or repair work done you will see it in the pictures, in addition to being stated in the description. For these reasons these parts are already at a discounted rate.

Electrical Components
No guarantee on electrical components.

Liability
3S Auto Spares will not be liable for any form of lost profits arising from the sale of any of its products. This includes freight, fuel and labor.
Handling Fee
If parts are ordered incorrectly, 3S Auto Spares reserves the right to charge a 20% handling fee on good returned. If no sample or part number is provided by the customer there will be no refund. Parts returned must be returned in the condition that they were sold. If a returned item has been tampered with or opened, a refund will not be provided. 3S Auto Spares takes no responsibility for goods that have been damaged in transit by the courier company. Clients can video call the company on Whatsapp before packaging to make sure that goods that they are purchasing are in the condition that is described on the website.

Customer Privacy policy
3S Auto Spares shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard or by bank transfer into the 3S Auto Spares bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for 3S Auto Spares via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African
Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by 3S Auto Spares separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site.

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Responsibility
3S Auto Spares takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

 

Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and 3S Auto Spares chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
Variation
3S Auto Spares may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
